Energy healing is a practice which involves the channeling and directing of healing energy within your body and aura layer to remove energetic blockages, the root cause of disease. Energy blockages are caused by old, trapped emotions, unprocessed experiences, trauma, karma - from both this and previous lives and unhealthy physical and mental habits.

I channel healing energy from Archangel Raphael, intuitively directing it to the areas of your body which need it while clearing away any energies that no longer serve you. The only tools I need are my hands and my intuition. For this reason, no two healing sessions are exactly the same neither is there a set formulaic approach which I can outline. Healing is tailored to you and your unique energy at the time of the session.

Archangel Raphael, whose name means "God Heals," is the divine angelic healer and protector of physical, emotional and spiritual health. He is known for guiding those in need of healing, offering comfort and bringing renewal to the mind, body and soul. In the biblical Book of Tobit, Raphael reveals his healing abilities by curing Tobit's blindness, symbolising his role as a celestial physician who restores sight, health and clarity.

Beyond religious texts, many experience Archangel Raphael’s presence as a warm, emerald-green light or a deep sense of peace and reassurance. He works with healers, medical professionals and anyone seeking wholeness, whether for themselves or others. Peridot is a sacred gemstone associated with the Archangel. In meditation, I asked for a way to honour him perpetually and he showed me a vision of a pair of peridot, gold stud earrings which I wear to this day. This gesture ultimately led to the naming of my healing service as ‘Peridot Healing’ in honour of His sacred gemstone.

He has been my friend and patron since childhood, guiding me on my spiritual journey. I have been deeply honored to be lovingly chosen as one of His healers on Earth, channeling His divine energy to support those in need. Through my healing work, I act as a conduit for His light, allowing His presence to flow through me to bring restoration, peace and transformation to all souls under His care.

Each healing is unique but as a general outline, you will sit in a chair where I have space to walk around you. I will be removing and adding energy to your energetic body. I may, with your permission, touch certain points on your body such as your head, hands, feet, chakras as is intuitively guided for me to do. I have had sessions where all I do is spin around in a circle and sessions where I leave the room occasionally. If you experience something similar, know that healing is being delivered as needed.

Most healing sessions take between 30 mins to 1 hour, averaging about 45 minutes.

The best practice for you would be to relax, sit up straight with your feet shoulder width apart and close your eyes. If you are spiritually perceptive, you may experience visions, memories and/or emotions come to the surface. Be aware of them and let them stay until they are cleared. We can always take a break if needed.

It is likely that you will need multiple sessions before you experience physical healing. In the earlier sessions, you may feel a sense of calm, relaxation or a feeling of being 'expanded'. Know that these are all signs of healing progress and I encourage you to continue spiritual practices such a meditation or yoga outside of these sessions.

Healing energy is transmitted regardless of proximity because energy is not bound by physical distance. During an online session, I connect with your energy field using intention and focus, just as I would in person. Energy flows easiest if you are seated with a straight back and feet shoulder width apart.

Through Archangel Raphael, and any accompanying guides and angels, the healing energy is delivered as necessary to the area which needs treatment. You may report feeling sensations such as warmth, tingling, emotions or memories, or deep relaxation during sessions. Whether near or far, energy flows where it is needed, making online healing just as powerful as in-person sessions.
